Committees

Committees are formed to support the work of the Board of Directors.  Committee members are made up of board members and can include members-at-large as well.  Committees help define board/governance policy, address board training and development and other governance-related functions.

All committee meeting minutes and recommendations are presented to the Board of Directors for review and vote.  The Board of Directors considers recommendations within the larger context of our vision, mission and values and the current strategic plan, along with the practical aspects of implementing a given recommendation.
