This message is for all residents of British Columbia, who are either patients, caregivers,or are part of an advocacy org. There is an important opportunity coming up in the next month or so, for us to have a voice in the decision making process about the listing of new drugs for Tx, by Pharmacare. Can all who meet this criteria, please contact me for more info. It can never hurt to be part of the process, and the more voices we have, the better.
All the best to you all!

Doreen Stalker was an amazing person. She supported people living with hepatitis C in a deeply respectful way: she never judged, she accepted people for who they were, she helped so many people who were living in isolation because of stigma and fear. She educated doctors and other health care workers, and her community and she stood with those experiencing the most challenging addiction and mental health issues.

For years Doreen made sure a regular Hepatitis C Newsletter was sent to contacts around the province. People from all over know of Doreen's commitment and incredible spirit.

She is sorely missed, greatly appreciated and always loved.

Way to go Deb. Where's the non alcoholic bubbly. We have to celebrate. You can see a listing of the comments on the right vertical menu bar which makes it easy to navigate right back to here:)
